Shipping Area
At this time, Eelhoe ships exclusively within the United States.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Eelhoe is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to make changes before your order is processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please first review the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at eelhoe@icloud.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Eelhoe cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. However, we will work with you to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
